Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elektrohub GmbH, Große Elbstraße 277a, 22767 Hamburg) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Alternatively, you can also request the return in your customer account.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the returned goods arrive in a very poor condition because they were not properly packaged by you, or because the items were used by you beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning, compensation may be demanded on a case-by-case basis.

Is the return free of charge for me?
There are no costs for a return within the right of withdrawal.
How long can I register a return?
Within 30 days of receiving the goods. After that, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
When will I receive my money back?
The refund will be processed within 7 working days after the return is received in our warehouse. The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the order was paid. was.
