For orders with different delivery times:
If an item in the order is not immediately available, the remaining items will also be shipped later. If you would like a partial delivery in advance, please contact our support team or write this directly in the comments field.

Intra-community delivery:
Invoices and orders are processed and sent automatically. If you are a company from another EU country and would like to order as an intra-community delivery, please send us an e-mail with the desired products and your VAT identification number BEFORE you order.

Cancellations / changes after order completion:
To ensure fast shipping, orders are automatically forwarded to the shipping warehouse. It is therefore not possible to cancel or change your order at a later date. Please check carefully whether the desired goods are in the shopping cart to avoid incorrect deliveries.

Address entry and express check-out:
Please check the delivery address entered carefully to avoid incorrect deliveries. Subsequent changes/adjustments are not possible. Please also note that the address entered for Express Check-Out will be used.
