Tesla has now officially announced the December 1st delivery event of the Semi on social media. As can be seen in the image uploaded by Tesla yesterday, the delivery event of the Tesla Semi will be held at the Gigafactory Nevada. The image released at the event shows a frontal view of the production version of the all-electric Tesla truck. If you look closely, you can see that the driver's seat of the Semi is equipped with a red seat belt in the picture. This is currently not available in any model in the current Tesla product range.

According to current information, a few Tesla shareholders will have the opportunity to participate in the semi-delivery in Giga Nevada at this event. As announced by Tesla Head of Investor Relations, Martin Viecha, Tesla will hold a random draw for retail shareholders. "If you would like to participate in the semi-delivery, please ensure you have verified shareholder status on our IR website (unverified manual submissions are acceptable if documentation is correct). We will be holding a prize draw where 1 share = 1 participation," Viecha wrote on Twitter.

Tesla will deliver the first batch of its semi-truck to Pepsi, one of the vehicle's biggest customers. As explained by Tesla CEO Elon Musk during the Q3 2022 earnings conference call, he will be present at the event in person. "We will be delivering our first Tesla semis to Pepsi on December 1. I will be there in person," Musk said.
