Record start for the new Tesla Model Y in China
Tesla has started with the revised version of the Model Y has been a real hit in China. The Deliveries start in March 2025.
Model Y Facelift: differences between China and Germany
In China there is already the Standard Range (RWD) and Long Range (AWD). In Germany, only the limited "Launch Series" with AWD is available.
📌 Prices in China: Model Y significantly cheaper than in Europe - where the model starts at the equivalent of €33,900.
📌 Prices in GermanyThe Model Y Launch Series costs 60.990 € - but with different equipment.
📌 Colors: In China there are more paint optionswhile in Germany currently only Solid Black & Quicksilver are currently available.

Tesla has announced, however, that further variants will follow - possibly including the cheaper Standard Range version for Europe.
