Tesla starts the year 2025 with a new update
Tesla has launched the first major software update 2025.2 and brings with it some exciting new features for Model Y, Model 3, Model S and Model X. 1. faster charging thanks to optimized battery preconditioning

With the 2025.2 update, the preconditioning - i.e. the preparation of the battery for charging - now automatically for all fast-charging stations as soon as they are stored as a destination in the navigation system.
Previously, this function was only available for certain third-party chargers. 4. improved weather display in the navigation
Tesla has the display of weather information improved.
➡️ Previously, only the weather at the current location and at the destination was displayed.
➡️ From now on you will see the weather at all set waypoints as well.
Especially useful for long-distance journeysas you are prepared for rain, snow or extreme temperatures in good time.
5. new features for Tesla Arcade & Cybertruck
📌 "Battle of Polytopia" update:
A new skin for the Aquarion faction has been added, as well as additional languages and balance adjustments.
📌 Cybertruck improvements:
Tesla had already announced that the Cybertruck would soon have better charging times and optimized recuperation soon. It is expected that these improvements will be rolled out with update 2025.2 or a later version.
