Punctually on 01 January 2023 is the end of discounts for the Tesla Model Y and 10,000 Supercharger free miles for all deliveries. Also immediately available Tesla Model 3 and Model Y are no longer to be found on the Tesla homepage. Most recently, all models in a wide range of variants could be found here at a discount of up to 5160 euros. The price for newly ordered vehicles has not changed either. Due to the discounts, many people have hoped that the price will drop from January. However, a closer look reveals that the price has fallen purely in terms of calculations. With the reduction of the German environmental bonus from 2023, the manufacturer's share already deducted on the homepage also falls, so the price should actually rise from January 01, 2023. Overall, the mandatory manufacturer bonus has decreased by 1000 euros and has fallen to 1500 euros. Accordingly, the prices in the configurator should have changed, but instead they remained the same.At the popular Tesla Model 3 and Model Y nothing has changed in any version.
The Tesla Model 3 with rear-wheel drive, for example, still costs 49,990 euros according to the Tesla website. Instead of 2500 euros, however, 1500 euros of the manufacturer's bonus have already been deducted, in each case net, so that the new gross price is 49,990 euros plus 1785 euros, i.e. 51,775 euros instead of 52,956 euros before. Of course, it should still be noted that the environmental bonus has fallen by 2000 euros. From January 1, 2023, this amounts to only 3000 euros instead of 5000 euros previously.
