Following an initial teaser last week, Tesla today officially announces that Teslas will now be delivered in Qatar, as the configurator for all Tesla models is now available for the Qatar market. Qatar's thriving economy and strong commitment to sustainability make it a perfect destination for electric mobility innovation and Tesla is excited to strengthen its presence in this emerging region. The configurator includes all popular models, including the Tesla Model 3, Model YModel S and Model X. All models are listed with a delivery time of February to March 2024. This underlines Tesla's commitment to meeting demand in Qatar in a timely manner while giving customers a clear idea of delivery times.
Of particular interest is the availability of the Model Y in the familiar Quicksilver and Midnight Cherry Red colors. These options are only available for Tesla vehicles from the Gigafactory Grünheide in Germany, which are then exported to Qatar. The new Model 3 will be imported from China, while Model S and Model X will be exported from the USA. This global approach reflects Tesla's ambition to make high-quality electric vehicles available worldwide and to promote electric mobility in different regions.
