Also this week there are exciting Tesla Cybertruck news, because on the weekend Tesla chief designer Franz von Holzhausen visited an e-car show in California. But Franz von Holzhausen did not come with just any Tesla, but with a Tesla Cybertruck. This was of course a good opportunity to gather a lot of new information about the Cybertruck.

According to initial observations, this is not just any prototype, but a production-ready model. Tesla has attracted a lot of attention with this presentation. So, some videos showed interesting details of the new Tesla Cybertruck. For example, it could be seen that Franz von Holzhausen can steer the Tesla Cybertruck precisely through a parking garage and into free parking spaces thanks to the built-in rear-wheel steering. The rear-wheel steering significantly reduces the turning circle of the giant cybertruck.

A quick look inside the Cybertruck revealed, among other things, perforated seat covers that suggest actively ventilated seats. The interior also features the hexagonal steering wheel seen earlier, a velour-covered dashboard and a revised center console compared to the pre-production model.
Best interior shots I've seen today. SO well done.

-Looks very spacious!
-seats appear vented
-note: the button labels appear covered
-dirty well used truck
-the roof is transparent, as expected
-no rear display!@elonmusk does Cybertruck have its own unique UI? pic.twitter.com/Vzu7yQOsZZ
The load compartment roof could also be examined in action and functioned flawlessly. Like a large roller shutter, it folds over the rear of the cyber truck fully automatically at the push of a button. Some visitors were able to take a look at parts of the cameras and sensors. To all appearances, this was the latest hardware generation 4.

Tesla has integrated the charging port into the left rear fender. However, a first look under the charging flap shows that this model is probably only intended for the American market for the time being, as a European CCS2 connector will not fit at this point. It remains to be seen whether Tesla will show a modified version here.
