Cancellations / changes after order completion:
To ensure fast shipping, orders are automatically forwarded to the shipping warehouse. It is therefore not possible to cancel or change orders at a later date.

Shipping to Packstation, P.O. Box or parcel store:
As we ship with different shipping service providers depending on the product and destination, we are unfortunately unable to offer shipping to packing stations, PO boxes or parcel stores. Please do not enter these as the delivery address.

Multiple parcels and additional costs:

Larger orders may result in multiple parcels, especially for deliveries outside the EU, which can lead to double customs clearance and additional costs.

Shipping costs for large items:

Germany, Italy, China.. Where does what come from?

Like most online shops, we also started importing accessories for the Tesla models from China. Since there are a few large producers in China who manufacture most of the products, you will find very similar products in various online shops for Tesla accessories, sometimes only under slightly different names. The quantities and the variety that is produced here is large and the creativity in the development of the products is also surprising. However, the quality is sometimes not good and varies greatly between batches.

It was always clear to us that we would support local producers, develop our own products and bring production to Germany or the EU in terms of sustainability. That's why today we probably have the largest range of products that don't have to be shipped halfway around the world on huge container ships. With our brand 2befair, we have actively started this switch to local products ourselves and offer you very high-quality rubber mats with recycled materials from Germany.

Why buy products from China at Shop4Tesla?

You will still find products from China at Shop4Tesla. Since transparency is important to us, we have marked it for you to give you a better overview. Since Shop4Tesla was founded, we have built up a trusting network of suppliers and can thus guarantee the good quality of the products that we offer in our shop. We test the products regularly and check the products with each new delivery to ensure that they still meet our quality requirements. And if you do receive a product that is not convincing in terms of quality, it is possible in Shop4Tesla to send the product back to us without any problems in accordance with German legislation. We assume the costs for the return and take the goods back up to 30 days after delivery. We have the goods we offer in stock and can of course send them to you immediately. You no longer have to pay customs duties or anything like that. If one of our products is not in stock, you will be informed by a corresponding message. So you can shop with us absolutely risk-free and if you have any questions, you can always call or send us a message.

By ordering from us, you also support our mission to offer more sustainable accessories for your Tesla. We are constantly working on new products that we can use to support local productions. Although it will be difficult to replace some products, we do not rule out being able to do without imports from China completely with your support in the future. However, this is a question of resources and cannot be implemented overnight.

How long can I register a return?

You have 30 days after receipt of the goods to register the return with us.


How can I return goods?

You can return unused items within 30 days. For a quick and easy return, please fill out our online form. Your return will then be processed by our customer support. We will get back to you as soon as possible and send you a return label.

The The return must be securely packaged and must not be made in the article specific box. In addition, this may not be pasted. In addition, the return must be sent iinnerhalb 14 days after revocation.

What costs do I have to pay for a return?

If you want to return your goods, there are no costs for you. You will receive a DHL return label for the return shipment. If the goods are in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price. Of course you can also return the goods at your own expense with a parcel service of your choice. Please make sure that you send the package with a tracking number and keep the receipt.

If your return arrives in a very bad condition, because it was not properly packed by you, or because the products were used by you beyond the necessary extent to test the condition, properties and functionality, compensation may be claimed in individual cases.


How long does it take until my money is refunded?

You will receive the refund within 3 business days after the return has been delivered to our warehouse. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. If there are any questions regarding the condition of the merchandise or if any parts are missing, a representative will contact you within these 3 business days to resolve this.


How do I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued via the same payment method that was chosen when you placed your order. Depending on the provider, it may take a few days for the refund to post to your account.

Can I change or cancel an order I have already placed?

The processing of your order is almost completely automated. As soon as the goods are picked and packed, manual intervention is unfortunately no longer possible. So if you have made a mistake and something in your order needs to be adjusted, it is best to contact us directly by phone or email.
If the processing has not yet started, we can of course change something.


Why is my order sent in several packages?

In rare cases, you may receive two or more packages from us. In this case, you will receive several shipping confirmations with the respective tracking information.

Reasons can be a large number of items that do not all fit in one box; items that have bulky dimensions (such as dog guards, dashboard moldings, etc.) or shipping from different locations.


Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?

In principle, this works because we ship most items with DHL. Exceptions to this are marked in the item description (example: bag sets come by DPD).
But please note the size of the products! Rubber mat sets or other large items do not fit into the Packstations and will either be taken to a branch or returned to us. Therefore, order only small items to Packstations or ask our support beforehand.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be automatically emailed to you within 15 minutes of receipt of your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder first. If you have lost it, please contact us from the same email address you used to place your order, with your name, address, order number (starting with S4T) and we will send you a copy of the invoice.


Can I as a company from the EU foreign country with my VAT ID order tax-free as an intra-community delivery?

Yes, this is possible, but not automatically integrated in our store. Please send us in advance by mail all data about the company including VAT ID, as well as all products that you want to order. We will then create a corresponding offer.


When will my order be delivered?

On the product page as well as in your order confirmation you will find the delivery time. Normally, this is 1 to 3 business days within Germany. For larger items, shipments abroad or temporary unavailability of an item, the delivery time is correspondingly longer.
If it should happen that you do not receive your delivery within the specified period, please contact us! We will then check where the problem lies - for example, there may rarely be delays in shipping by DHL.

When will my order be shipped when paying in advance/by bank transfer?

If you have chosen bank transfer as payment method, we will ship your order only after we have received your payment. This is checked manually on a daily basis. If you are unsure about the status of the payment, please ask us. Instant bank transfer may also take a longer time to process.

If you remove the factory-fitted hub caps, you will not find a wheel hub cover underneath. With the neutral cover caps in black, you can improve the look of your rim and also protect the wheel hub from water, dirt or other environmental influences. The cover caps are a perfect fit and are simply clipped onto the hole provided in the rim. The scope of delivery includes 4 wheel hub caps for the original Tesla rims. The diameter of the cover caps is approx. 58 mm.
