While the prices in both markets similarly high there are some differences in terms of equipment - especially in the USA, where FSD (Supervised) is included at no extra charge!

Technically, both are Model Y Refresh are almost identical. The ranges vary depending on the rims, but basically there are no major deviations between the markets.
