High demand for our 2befair rubber mats - update on delivery time

Dear customers,

First of all, I would like to thank you for the incredible trust and the great feedback on our 2befair rubber mats for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. We have put a lot of time into building our brand and in the meantime we have also encountered some hurdles that almost made us despair. Ultimately, however, this effort seems to have paid off and not only are we convinced of the quality, but also our customers and we see an immense demand for our rubber mats, especially for the Tesla Model Y. Of course, we are very happy about that, but it also challenges us new tasks again: The production in Bremen just can't keep up and we already had to adjust the delivery time to up to 2 weeks for delivery to Germany. At the moment we are only missing individual mats from the entire set. Unfortunately, this was produced in a past delivery in far too small a quantity and we are trying to catch up on the backlog quickly, which unfortunately does not happen as quickly as we had hoped due to illnesses in production.

We apologize for this inconvenience. In particular, we would also like to apologize to customers who ordered with a delivery time of 1-3 days and whose goods should have gone out on Monday. It was my fault that the delivery time was not properly adjusted when the mat mentioned was no longer available. We are bringing a small number of mats to Lüneburg for our fulfillment today so that these orders can be shipped quickly. Next week we are planning a bigger shipment so we can fulfill more orders from this week.

What's next? With the current number of orders, I assume that the delivery time will remain at up to two weeks and will not be extended. Production and orders are roughly balanced and it will take time before we can build up stock again. Of course, we process the orders chronologically and work according to the "first come, first serve" principle. However, we are already working on optimizing production so that we can meet the increased demand.

Thank you again. Of course this is a good problem, one could speak of a luxury problem. Even though it annoys me that we cannot deliver the goods to every customer immediately, I know that the steps we have taken in the past have been the right ones. It was worth overcoming the hurdles and the local production makes it possible for us to react really flexibly to an increasing demand. For us, this is the right way and we will continue to work on products that we produce in Germany or the EU. The next product is coming soon.

Best regards

Nico Pliquett
